Orphanage in the Old Summer Residence of Strukov
Address: 3 1st Serebryanskaya Street, Village of Pushkino, Moscow region
The house of the merchant family Strukov is one of the few remaining old houses in Pushkino. Even the interior has been preserved, and there is an original hall with a homemade scene. After the house was nationalized, an orphanage was opened there. It became part of the Pushkino Children’s Community Village. The writer Konstantin Paustovskii lived there in the 1920s.
