The tuberculosis sanatorium Romashka (Chamomile) was founded on the territory of the Vsehsvaytskoe village at the beginning of the 20th century. The sanatorium functioned throughout the 1920s. In the early 1930s, its facilities were converted into the Orphanage for children with nervous disorders. The Orphanage № 21 for “difficult” children was opened there not later than in 1936.

The properties of the Orphanage were demolished at the beginning of the 1950s.
