Vnukovo Kolkhoz Orphanage
Address: Moscow region, Vnukovo Station (Kievskaya Railway)
The orphanage was opened in June 1943 and was designed for 100 children. During the inspection of the orphanage in the summer of 1944, 99 children under school age lived there. The inspectors determined that the orphanage's condition was tolerable, but in need of serious renovation. The children had enough furniture and clothes, but they lacked sufficient food and suffered from the orphanage's unsanitary facilities.
